Cronin Building

The Cronin building had been abandoned for years before I worked with the City of Marshall to purchase the building. The building was considered a blight to the urban landscape, but by working with key players, I was able to revitalize this beautiful building into a downtown attraction with living space.

I used a combination of local, state and federal grants (including tax abatements), and community buy-in, to bring this 1870s Italianate gem to its full potential.
